The small community of Brady Township, Michigan, awoke to tragedy on Monday morning when a young woman’s body was discovered several yards from a roadway after an apparent car accident. It is unclear exactly how the crash occurred, and at this time no eyewitnesses have come forward. Authorities learned of the wreck when a passerby called 911 after seeing a 1998 GMC Jimmy on its roof in a cornfield off of Hemlock Road. It appears that excessive speed was a factor in the rollover crash.
The victim was last seen at a softball game on Sunday night. At this time, it is unclear if anyone else was involved. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact their local law enforcement agency or the Michigan State Police.
