David  S. Mittleman

I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Attended the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University where I graduated with a B.S. in Pharmacy. I worked as a registered Pharmacist for two years full time until moving to Michigan to pursue my education in law.

While attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School, I worked part time with the law firm of Church, Kritselis & Wyble, P.C. until graduating in 1985. At that time I began working with the firm full time, handling every facet of litigation and trial work. In 1990, I became a shareholder with the firm and continued handling all areas of litigation with an emphasis in medical, dental, and pharmacy, pharmacists negligence cases.

I have been on the Executive Board of the Michigan Association for Justice since 1985. I was appointed to the Michigan Supreme Court Civil Model Jury Instructions Committee. Elected Treasurer of the Michigan Democratic Party, appointed by Governor Granholm Chair of the Michigan Public Educational Facilities Authority, and recently appointed to the Council of the Negligence section of the State Bar of Michigan. I have been married to my wife Jill since 1985 and we are very proud of our two children, Hannah and Max.
